I’m sure this blog will be filled with sweet and sometimes unhealthy recipes so I decided to at least have a healthy start to it. And what would be healthier than having oats for breakfast? But not your ordinary boiled oatmeal, it has to be a little bit better than that. Let’s have Oatmeal Pancakes instead!
It’s a fairly easy and straightforward recipe. Just mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine. But don’t overmix! Heat the grill, wipe it with butter and cook the pancakes.
In minutes, breakfast is served!

Anyway, the pancakes were good. You won’t even notice the oatmeal. The oatmeal gives it a nice texture and makes it seem more fluffy. If you’re ever bored with your regular oatmeal, make them into pancakes instead and have a healthy, hearty start to your day.
